*Guests*

An adult must be present for the entire duration of all lessons. To ensure the safety, comfortability and

safety of all clients, I ask that there be a maximum of 2 adults present at the lessons who agree to quietly watch from

a viewable distance. In order to give the best quality lesson with minimal distractions, I ask that no extra guests or children

be permitted near or in the pool area during instruction.  If multiple clients are receiving lessons during the same day, I ask that only the

client(s) being serviced are in the pool until I advise that it is time to switch.

*Pictures*

 Although I understand that you may want to capture the moment and progress of your lessons, there is NO phone/recording

policy for all lessons. I will provide all clients with 3 complimentary photos of each lesson within 24-48 hours. If you would like to capture more memories of you or your child(ren) learning to swim, you can add a

* photo package *

 7 additional candid photos (10 total) = $10 dollars per client

Upon booking, please let me know if you would like to add this optional amenity. All pictures taken may be used for advertising on our Instagram or website. If for any reason, you do not want any pictures of your lesson(s) taken or posted, please advise me upon booking.

*Lateness/Cancellations*

 Please try your best to be ready for your lesson at the scheduled time. If for any reason, I am running late, I will contact you immediately and extend the lesson for the full duration. To avoid any scheduling conflicts, I unfortunately can not extend your lesson(s)' end time if you are running late. If you need to cancel your lesson for any reason, please let me know ASAP and I will always give you the same respect. If I need to cancel your lesson for any reason, I will notify  you ASAP and refund you immediately.
